How do I qualify for this promotion?

There are two steps to qualify for this promotion:

  1. Receive communication from Cinemark outlining the promotion.
  2. Sign up for Cinemark Movie Club between September 1, 2024 and October 31, 2024.


After signing up for Cinemark Movie Club, you will receive an email within 20 business days with the access code and steps to redeem the $100 Hotel Savings.

How old do I have to be to qualify?

You must be 18 years or older to qualify for the promotion.

When do I need to sign up for Cinemark Movie Club in order to qualify?

You will need to sign up for a monthly or annual Movie Club membership within your individual assigned promotional period (specified in the promotion email from Cinemark), either September 9 to September 20, 2024 or October 7 to October 31, 2024.

How do I get the reward?
  • Once qualified, you will receive an email from Cinemark with an access code.
  • Visit www.cinemarktravelrewards.com to enter your access code and claim your reward by 1/31/2025. 
  • You will receive a reward email with a unique code and pin to redeem your $100 Hotel Savings at en-us.travelcredits.com.
How many times can I participate in the promotion?

You may participate in the promotion once. There is a limit of one reward per person during the promotional period from September 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024

When do I receive my access code?

If you are qualified for this promotion, you will receive an email with an access code from Cinemark within 20 business days after signing up for Cinemark Movie Club.

I never received my qualification email after signing up for Cinemark Movie Club.

If you signed up for Cinemark Movie Club during the promotional period, the qualification email will be sent within 20 business days.


Check your spam folder! This is the most common reason people cannot find their qualification email. If you checked your spam folder and it is still not there, please contact Cinemark customer service team at https://www.cinemark.com/about-cinemark/contact-us/.


The rewards are available while supplies last. Due to high demand, a limited number of people will receive a qualification email. We appreciate your understanding and enthusiasm!

How long will my reward be valid?

The Hotel Savings must be redeemed (by entering Unique Code and Pin) no later than 11:59 PM ET on January 31, 2025. Once redeemed, the savings will be valid for use until 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2025.

Enjoy up to 20% off on your hotel bookings! The Hotel Savings can be redeemed via the booking platform at en-us.travelcredits.com - with a choice of over 2 million hotels worldwide.


When making your booking, the whole or part of your hotel savings will be deducted from the total prior to checkout. The entire credit amount may not be used in a single booking, depending on the length of stay and hotel selected, however you can use your hotel savings across multiple bookings until they are fully utilized.

What is the Hotel Savings platform and what is the relationship with Expedia?

It is an online booking platform where you can redeem Hotel Savings in return for a hotel stay. The available hotels are provided in partnership with Expedia at en-us.travelcredits.com.

Where will I find my Unique Code and Pin to redeem my Hotel Savings?

After entering your access code and claiming your reward at www.cinemarktravelrewards.com, you will receive an email with your Unique Code and Pin to access your $100 Hotel Savings at en-us.travelcredits.com.

When do I need to activate my Hotel Savings?

You will need to activate the Hotel Savings by entering your Unique Code and Pin no later than January 31, 2025. The $100 credits will be valid until October 31, 2025.

How do I use my Hotel Savings?
  1. Access the website en-us.travelcredits.com after receiving your Unique Code and Pin.
  2. Enter your Unique Code and Pin to access the site, where you will be able to view the list of hotels available.
  3. In the event that the credit does not cover the total value of the hotel stay, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.
  4. Once you have selected the hotel of your choice, confirm your details and automatically receive an email booking confirmation.
  5. If you cannot not use the full value of the Hotel Savings in one transaction, you may continue to use the Unique Code and Pin to get discounts on subsequent hotel bookings until the full value of the credit is expended.
How do I know my hotel booking has been confirmed?

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation from the booking platform to the email you used to book your hotel stay.

Can I use my Hotel Savings with another promotional discount? 

Unfortunately, no. You’re unable to use your Hotel Savings in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

Can I use my Hotel Savings directly with Expedia?

Unfortunately, no, your Hotel Savings must be used on the booking website: en-us.travelcredits.com⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠

Can I get a refund on my Hotel Savings if I do not use them?

Unfortunately, no. The reward is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

What do I do if I'm having issues booking my hotel or using my Hotel Savings?

Can I amend/cancel my booking if made using the Hotel Savings?

Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent in writing, by email to customerservice_usa@travelcredits.com and will take effect at the time we receive it. Please note that our customer service team operates 09:00am - 5:00pm ET weekdays only.

*Must receive promotional communication from Cinemark and sign up for Cinemark Movie Club between 9/1/24 and 10/31/24 to receive the $100 in Hotel Savings. Must be 18 years old or older.
