20. Pricing for hotel booking rates is subject to change at any moment. Prices, rates, and availability are dependent on the hotel's discretion. Occasionally, hotel rates may differ and may be a lower rate for certain stays on other and similar travel booking sites, but these discounted rates may come with specific restrictions and conditions (i.e. related to cancellation and refunds). Pricing shown on en-us.travelcredits.com/ does not include additional discounts, sales, rebates, etc. the hotel or 3rd party supplier directly offers.
The Travel Credits Powered by Expedia Site shows numerous hotel booking rates and strives to ensure the accuracy of the showcased prices. The Promoter retains the right to rectify any pricing inaccuracies on the Hotel Savings site/platform. In the event of a clear error and if you've already made a booking, we will present you with the option to proceed with your booking by paying the correct price, or we will cancel your booking without any penalty. The Promoter is not obliged to provide the hotel booking rate to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after you've received a Confirmation number, if the error should have been reasonably noticeable to you.

21. All bookings are subject to hotel availability.
22. Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Hotel Savings are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
23. It is the responsibility of Reward recipient to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming and completing their booking.
24. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, Travel Credits Featuring Expedia, and Cinemark USA, Inc. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
25. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Travel Credits Powered by Expedia, Cinemark USA, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
26. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Rewards in any of these events.
27. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.
28. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.
29. This Reward is issued by the Promoter located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
30. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.
